Potential $50K Awareness Campaign To Remind Public To Lock Vehicles

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls City Council will decide whether to spend 50-thousand dollars to convince people to lock their car doors on Tuesday. If the city council approves the funding, folks can expect to see new signs and ads on TV. The city will start working on materials to convince people to lock up their cars within the next few weeks if passed. Officials say the idea is to make locking up your things become second nature.
