President Biden Announces More Than $200M Grant For High-Speed Internet In South Dakota

(Washington, D.C.) — President Biden is ready to grant South Dakota more than 207-million dollars to bring high-speed internet access across the state. His administration is deploying more than 40-billion dollars all over the country. The funding comes from the “Internet for All” initiative, part of the President’s “Investing in America” project. U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo says the “historic investment will help ensure that every household in South Dakota has access to affordable, high-speed Internet, regardless of where they live.”
