(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City is frantically preparing for the upcoming artic freeze. It’s urging the public to step in and help keep the homeless population warm. Folks are urged to add hats, gloves, scarves, and jackets to the president statues downtown. Donating supplies and money to shelters would also be a huge help, according to city officials. People are allowed to dress the statues through mid-March.
