(Rapid City, SD) — The suspect in a deadly shooting in Rapid City is pleading not guilty. Fifty-three-year-old Gregory Landers is facing a first-degree manslaughter charge in connection to the 2022 killing of 30-year-old Acey Morrison. He also pleaded not guilty to drug and firearm charges during his court appearance this week. Landers faces the possibility of life in prison if convicted. He faces a judge again on April 23rd.
