(Rapid City, SD) — A Rapid City man plans to plead guilty to having child pornography. During a rape investigation involving 33-year-old Tell Cadotte, authorities found the inappropriate material but didn’t say where. Cadotte signed federal court documents admitting to having hundreds of illegal images on multiple devices and he will face five-to-20 years in federal prison as part of a plea agreement. Cadotte is also scheduled to go on trial in July where he faces several charges including rape and sexual contact.
