(Rapid City, SD) — A Rapid City teen appeared in court Tuesday to plead not guilty to charges of kidnapping, aggravated child abuse and grand theft. Seventeen-year-old Dante Baker could face up life plus 27-years in prison, one year in jail and 106-thousand dollars in fines if convicted. His next appearance in court is October 8th.
