(Sioux Falls, SD) — The third-place candidate in the District 15 State House race will reportedly ask for a recount. Republican Joni Tschetter trails Democrat Erik Muckey, who currently sits in second place. The top two vote-getters in the Sioux Falls district win election to the State House. Incumbent Democrat Kadyn Wittman has secured first place and will return to Pierre. KELOLAND News reports that Tschetter confirmed she intends to file for a recount.
