(Pierre, SD) — The commissioner of the Bureau of Administration is announcing his retirement. Scott Bollinger will wrap up his work with the administration in June. Governor Noem thanked the commissioner for his years of service on Wednesday. She also unveiled plans to merge the BOA and the Bureau of Human Resources.
