(Undated) — Grills are firing up all across South Dakota for community Burger Battles starting this month. The largest Burger Battle happening in Sioux Falls is already underway for the 12th straight year with around 40 restaurants participating this year. Other communities including Mitchell, Brandon Valley, Watertown, Brookings, Huron, and Deadwood are hosting their very own burger battles. The idea is to help local businesses thrive during the slower season as the start of the new year is typically difficult for restaurants.
