(Rapid City, SD) — A South Dakota man is facing a slew of charges in the U.S. Capitol attack three years ago. The FBI arrested William Knight in Rapid City on Sunday and he made his first court appearance yesterday. The 37-year-old is accused of breaching the building, assaulting officers and disrupting Congress during the electoral vote count. Officials say he stayed in a restricted area for at least two hours.
