(Pierre, SD) — The South Dakota Senate Judiciary Committee is approving a bill that deals with child pornography. SB – 79 revises various levels of the crime and makes Artificial Intelligence-generated child pornography illegal. It clarifies and strengthens the sections of “possession, distribution, and manufacturing.” The bill now goes to the full Senate.
