SD Supreme Court To Hear Cases Involving Breathalyzer, Murder Appeals

(Sioux Falls, SD) — The South Dakota Supreme Court will hear arguments on several cases this week. The court will consider 19 cases and will hear oral arguments on nine different cases which include a case involving a breathalyzer test and driver’s licensing laws in South Dakota, a first-degree manslaughter trial appealed by a writ of habeas corpus and a self defense claim for a second-degree murder conviction.
