SD Travel Still Affected By Snow

(Rapid City, SD) — Snow-covered roads are still affecting travel in South Dakota. All sections of I-90 reopened to traffic yesterday morning throughout the state, but slippery road conditions still exist. I-29 from Watertown to the North Dakota border is expected to reopen this morning. Strong winds are making continued drifting snow possible, affecting visibility.
