(Omaha, NE) — The day is finally here. March Madness tips off with Round One of the NCAA Tournament, and South Dakota State men’s basketball is in on the action. 15-seed SDSU takes on Number 2 Iowa State in Omaha with many Jackrabbits fans expected to show out and cheer on the team being so close to home. SDSU head coach Eric Henderson said the team is excited for the atmosphere and the energy that will be in the building. The Jackrabbits are big underdogs, but it’s March, and that means anything can happen. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. local time tonight.
