SDSU Takes Over Summit League Championships

(Sioux Falls, SD) — This season’s Summit League Championships at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls are now in the books. South Dakota State men and women’s basketball both entered as the top seeds and never looked back to bring conference titles back to Brookings. The Lady Jacks kicked off Tuesday’s action in a battle with North Dakota State and rolled to a 67-to-54 victory for their 11th all-time Summit League tournament championship. The men fought past Denver with a 76-to-68 win to cap off the night. Both teams have now clinched a spot in the upcoming NCAA Tournament.
