(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is going to prison for 18 years for a sex offense. Larry Richter has been found guilty for having sexual contact with someone who was unable to give consent. In addition to that 2021 crime, the 57-year-old Richter is accused of having sexual contact with an under-age person at the Sioux Empire Fair. KELO reports that case is still making its way through court.
