(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Sioux Falls Police Department is just now announcing a first-degree murder indictment against a Pine Ridge man who was originally charged in September. Robin Joseph Swallow is facing multiple charges in connection with the death of 64-year-old Michael Raymond Colvin. A Sioux Falls Police spokesperson said yesterday during a media briefing that Colvin died after he had been hospitalized for “several weeks.” A jury trial is set for January 6th for the 32-year-old Swallow.
