(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls officials may soon finally decide on the use of a 68-million-dollar aquatics bond. The Parks and Recreation Department presented their plan in last night’s city council meeting. This money would go towards new recreational and aquatics facilities for the city. Council members are now tentatively looking to vote on the bond starting January 7th. They say the reason a vote has been delayed this long is so members can review every option. Some also want to ask the right questions about the decisions that will have a lasting impact on the future of Sioux Falls.
