(Sioux Falls, SD) — The city of Sioux Falls is breaking ground on several street construction projects this week. That will include parts of Arrowhead Parkway and 12th Street downtown. East Arrowhead Parkway is closed starting today between Veterans Parkway and Six Mile Road so crews can add a turn lane from Arrowhead onto Hein Avenue. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the week. The work on East 12th Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue is supposed to last about three weeks as the road gets replaced where utilities were installed for the One2 Building.
