(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is admitting to downloading and sharing child pornography. Fifty-seven-year-old Brad Hicks has reached a plea deal in federal court, he also plans to plead guilty to resisting a federal officer. According to court documents, Hicks came out of his home with a gun and officers had to use gas to get him to turn himself in. A plea date has not been scheduled.
