(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is facing multiple charges related to sexual assaults that went on for more than a decade and began when the victim was ten years old. Court documents say 60-year-old Leon Siess committed crimes of rape, sexual contact with a child and human trafficking between 2009 and 2022. A Sioux Falls Police Department spokesperson says “it appears” the victim was sexually assaulted by more than one person and had been taken out of state. The spokesperson added that the victim is safe and in communication with police.
