(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Sioux Falls School Board is cutting gymnastics as part of a tentative budget adopted yesterday. The board unanimously voted to adopt the budget, which left out funding for the district’s gymnastics program. Gymnastics program supporters say they want to work with the district to keep the sport. They say there was a lack of transparency in the drafting of the newly adopted budget. Final adoption of the budget is set for July.
