(Pierre, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is facing charges for the deadliest homicide the city has seen since 1973. Thirty-year-old Justin Rackley pleaded not guilty to all three counts of First-Degree Murder during his first appearance in a Lincoln County court yesterday. Rackley was arrested early Saturday morning after police responded to gun shots in a southwest Sioux Falls neighborhood. The three people killed have been identified as Daniel Kemnitz, Kellie Reaves, and Michael Thompson. Authorities say the motive behind the shooting is still unclear as the investigation continues to find out more details. Rackley is being held in the Minnehaha County jail with a bond set at three-million dollars.
