(Sioux Falls, SD) — A former Sioux Falls middle school teacher is no longer facing a charge of solicitation of a minor. According to court documents, that charge against Justin Preuschl has been dismissed. However, the former Whittier Middle School teacher is still facing 16 child porn-related charges in federal court. The 27-year-old Preuschl allegedly posed as a 15-year-old boy online and pressured girls to send him sexually explicit photos. He pleaded not guilty to the charges last month.
