(Pierre, SD) — A bill that would provide millions of dollars for South Dakota airports is one step closer to happening. Senate Bill 144 moved forward Wednesday on a unanimous vote with the goal of dispersing 90 million dollars over five years to the state’s 70 airports. The money would go toward improving terminals and other infrastructure projects. It now moves on to the joint appropriation committee for further approval.
