(Sioux Falls, SD) — The South Dakota Black Chamber of Congress is here. The organization held their inaugural ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday at Start Up Sioux Falls to kick off Black History Month. The chamber’s goal is to connect Black business owners in the state with resources, education, exposure and leadership. It will be a state-wide connection, partnering with chambers in Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Brookings, Watertown, Aberdeen and Vermillion.
