(Pierre, SD) — Outgoing South Dakota Democratic Party Chairman Randy Seiler has died. Seiler died yesterday in Sioux Falls after going into cardiac arrest last Thursday. He ran for attorney general in 2018 but lost to former attorney general Jason Ravnsborg, who was later impeached. He spent 22 years working with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and was a U.S. Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam. Seiler was 76.
