South Dakota Receives Highest IDEA Rating

(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota is being recognized for its efforts to provide children with disabilities the best education possible. The state has received the highest rating under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act for both Parts B and C for fiscal year 2021. It’s one of only 12 states to receive the meet the IDEA requirements, according to the U.S. Department of Education.
