(Custer, SD) — Traffic signals in Custer’s most popular tourist spots are activated starting today. The signals were installed to help with the flow of traffic during the summer months. They’re activated at Crazy Horse Memorial and U.S. Highway 16/S.D. Highway 224 at Oreville Junction. The signals will remain in operation through November 1st.
