(Sioux Falls, SD) — Truck drivers are celebrating the 20-year anniversary of a truck convoy for the Special Olympics of South Dakota. A truck show was held over the weekend at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds in Sioux Falls for the truck industry along with raising money for Special Olympics athletes. Streets were blocked off and law enforcement led the way as over a hundred-20 trucks of every size, shape and cargo load drove together. Some drove with Special Olympic athletes on board. Many of those drivers say it’s a passion supporting and encouraging those with special needs.
