Update: 21-Year-Old Man Killed In Baltic Crash

(Baltic, SD) — The Department of Public Safety is releasing more information about the deadly crash that happened yesterday near Baltic. According to preliminary crash information, the driver lost control of the car because of poor weather conditions. The crash happened in the northbound lanes, north of Sioux Falls. The car rolled before coming to a rest and as a result three out of the four people inside were ejected. Authorities say a 21-year-old man died from his injuries and the three other people received serious non-life threatening injuries.
