(Pennington County, SD) — There are new details in a suspicious death investigation in Rapid Valley. The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office is calling is a murder-arson case. The victim has been identified as 54-year-old Julie Fisk of Rapid City. Her body was found Tuesday morning in a Rapid Valley home. Sixty-four-year-old Brent Kertzman has been arrested for first-degree murder and first-degree arson.
