(Charles Mix County, SD) — Police have released the name of the victim killed in a crash on Thanksgiving Day in Charles Mix County. The victim has been identified as Jerrica Zephier. The South Dakota Highway Patrol reports that Zephier was driving along 395th Avenue near 305th near Wagner when she crashed. Her vehicle vaulted over a culvert and rolled, ejecting her from the vehicle. Police say Zephier wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
