(Charles Mix County, SD) — The South Dakota Department of Public Safety has identified the victim of last Friday’s fatal single-vehicle crash. The driver was identified as 19-year-old Hadley Wallace of Alexandria. The department says Wallace was ejected when the 2012 Ford Escape he was driving went off the road. It isn’t know what caused the vehicle to go off the road.
