(Watertown, SD) — South Dakota’s 5th largest city continues to grow. City Manager Amanda Mack tells “Dakota News Now” they’re poised to move up on the population chart. She says several upcoming projects are also in the works. The 36-million-dollar ice arena is nearly complete, and design work has started on a 60-million-dollar wastewater treatment facility upgrade. New housing projects are also underway to help accommodate the growing population.
