Winter Weather Lingering In South Dakota

(Pierre, SD) — The rain and snow continue to pile on across much of South Dakota. The worst of the of the precipitation is likely over for most areas, but cold temperatures and wind gusts will remain at least until Wednesday. A Blizzard Warning is still ongoing today for several counties around Huron, Mitchell and Winner. Temperatures are only going to be in the 20s and 30s today across the state. Sunshine is expected to come back in areas Wednesday as things warm up towards the end of the week to begin melting away a lot of the snow.
