(Aberdeen, SD) — A 31-year-old woman in Aberdeen is under arrest on charges related to sex crimes involving minors. Police say a search ended in the arrest of Ciara Ochotorena. According to court documents, the children were ages 13 and 14, and the offenses took place this summer between June and mid-August. Ochotorena could be facing charges of rape, sexual exploitation of a minor, and disseminating material harmful to minors.
