(Sioux Falls, SD) — Drivers in Sioux Falls may be met with delays again as more work starts next week on the I-29 diverging diamond interchange at 41st Street. That’s just west of the Empire Mall. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Terry Avenue to the bridge. The South Dakota Department of Transportation says crews will focus on the finishing touches and site cleanup over the next few months. The project is expected to be complete by this summer.
