College Football Week Two Preview

(Undated) — The college football season rolls on this weekend. Third-ranked Alabama is set to play host to Number-10 Texas on Saturday night in Tuscaloosa. The Crimson Tide kicked a game-winning field goal with 10 seconds left to defeat the Longhorns 20-19 in Austin last season. In other Top 25 head-to-head action, Number-20 Ole Miss will go on the road to take on 22nd-ranked Tulane in the Big Easy.

Elsewhere on the slate, Deion Sanders and the 25th-ranked Colorado Buffaloes will host Matt Rhule and the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday. Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders set a school record with 510 passing yards in an upset win over TCU last week.

There’s another full slate of FCS games throughout North and South Dakota this weekend as well. Number-15 North Dakota hosts Northern Arizona, number-two North Dakota State welcomes Maine, number-one South Dakota State has a home game against number-three Montana State, and South Dakota hosts St. Thomas.
