The league said on Tuesday that the Eagles and Falcons are being looked into for potential tampering before free agency, and the results won’t be available before the draft on Thursday night. NFL officials say Philadelphia is being investigated for reaching out to Saquon Barkley while he was still with the New York Giants before the legal tampering period. Atlanta is under the microscope for the same infraction involving Kirk Cousins while he was still with the Minnesota Vikings.
