Former UND TE On College HOF Ballot

(Grand Forks, ND) — A former star player with the University of North Dakota has been included on the ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame. Jim Kleinsasser is one of 78 players on the ballot. He played tight end for the Fighting Hawks from 1995 to 1998 and was a First Team All American in 1997 and 1998. Kleinsasser was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft and played for 12 seasons. The 2024 Collegiate Hall of Fame Class will be announced early next year.
