(MINNEAPOLIS)– Alex Kirilloff went 2 for 4 with a home run, a double and four RBI as the Twins beat the Chicago White Sox 9-4 on Friday night at Target Field. Kirilloff hit a two-run shot in the first inning and a two-run double in the seventh inning to lead the Twins. Byron Buxton added two home runs as well for the Twins while Joe Ryan pitched six innings, allowing four runs.
The teams will continue their three game series tonight at Target Field. First pitch is set for 6:15pm CST.
