(Minneapolis, MN) — A Minnesota Lynx forward is being recognized for her spectacular player over the last month. The WNBA named Diamond Miller as its Rookie of the Month for July yesterday. The first-round pick out of Maryland averaged 13-and-a-half points and four rebounds per game during her 11 appearances last month. She’s just the fifth player in franchise history to earn the award. Miller and the Lynx host the Liberty on Friday.
