(Charlotte, NC) — The University of Minnesota football team will wrap up its season tonight in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl. The Golden Gophers will meet Virginia Tech at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. Minnesota was 7-and-5 this season with wins over USC, UCLA and Illinois and close losses against Michigan and Penn State. Virginia Tech is 6-and-6 this season, with wins over Stanford and Georgia Tech and a close loss to Miami. The game is set to kick off at 6:30 p.m.
