(Undated) — The Bruins took center stage in Monday’s edition of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Boston blew out the Panthers 5-1 in Sunrise to take a 1-0 lead in their best-of-seven Eastern Conference second round series. Justin Brazeau and Mason Lohrei [[ LOH-righ ]] netted their first-career playoff goals, while Morgan Geekie, Brandon Carlo and Jake DeBrusk also found the back of the net. Game Two takes place from Amerant Bank Arena on Wednesday. A pair of games are on the slate for Tuesday. The Rangers hope to take a 2-0 advantage over the Hurricanes in their second round East series at Madison Square Garden. Out West, the Stars clash with the Avalanche in Dallas for Game One of their Round Two series.
