Raiders Destroy Chargers On Thursday Night Football

(Las Vegas, NV) — The Las Vegas Raiders destroyed the Los Angeles Chargers 63-21 in an AFC West battle on Thursday Night Football at Allegiant Stadium. The Raiders put together a dominant showing on both sides of the ball and jumped out to a 42-0 lead at halftime. Aidan O’Connell completed 20-of-34 passes for 248 yards and four touchdowns. Davante Adams led the receiving corps with eight catches for 101 yards and a TD, while Tre Tucker reeled in two touchdown receptions. Jakobi Meyers caught and passed for a touchdown, while John Jenkins and Jack Jones each scored a defensive TD. The Raiders snapped a three-game losing skid and sit third in the division at 6-and-8. Chargers QB Easton Stick passed for 257 yards, three touchdowns and an interception in the losing effort. Joshua Palmer recorded four receptions for 113 yards. The Chargers have lost five of six and round out the AFC West at 5-and-9.
