(Owings Mills, MD) — The Ravens are signing Lamar Jackson to the largest deal in franchise history. According to ESPN, the Ravens and Jackson reached an agreement on a five-year, 260-million-dollar extension. The contract includes 185-million-dollars in guaranteed money and makes Jackson the highest paid player in the league at 52-million-dollars per year. The Ravens had placed the nonexclusive franchise tag on Jackson, which allowed him to negotiate with other teams. The 26-year-old has combined for over 16-hundred yards through the air, and on the ground, and scored 125 touchdowns during his five seasons in Baltimore.
