Report: Timberwolves Agree To Extension With Mike Conley

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are keeping a veteran player around for a while longer. ESPN reports Mike Conley agreed yesterday to a two-year, 21-million-dollar extension to stay with the T-Wolves. He was slated to become a free agent this summer. Conley is shooting 44-percent on three-pointers this season and has a 59-percent effective field goal percentage, which are both career-highs. Conley and the Wolves host the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.
