(Minneapolis, MN) — One of the game’s top big men is set to return to the hardwood prior to the start of the postseason. ESPN is reporting that Minnesota Timberwolves star center Karl-Anthony Towns is expected to play in Friday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks. The 28-year-old has not played since suffering a torn meniscus in his left knee on March 4th. Towns underwent surgery four weeks ago and is officially listed as questionable for the contest. The four-time All-Star is averaging 22.1 points and 8.4 rebounds through 60 games played this season.
