(Brookings, SD) — South Dakota State Jackrabbits football will commence its national title defense in the FCS Playoffs this weekend. SDSU is 11-0 entering the playoffs after a first-round bye, where they’ll put their 25-game win streak up against Mercer. Meantime, Number Three seed South Dakota hosts Sacramento State after the Coyotes had a first round bye last weekend. That game kicks off in Vermillion at 1p.m. CST on Saturday at the DakotaDome.

North Dakota State, fresh off their first round victory over Drake, visits number six seeded Montana State on Saturday. That game is set for a 2 p.m. CST kickoff at Bobcat Stadium in Bozeman.
